About SpeakLoop

A company you can call before you call the carrier.

Most growing businesses do not lack vendors. They lack an experienced, independent person who can help them understand the problem before they choose the technology.

Our story

The problem was always bigger than the phone system.

SpeakLoop grew out of a pattern Daniel Ochoa kept seeing across more than 15 years in telecommunications and business technology: businesses were expected to make important technology decisions using information supplied mainly by the companies trying to win the contract.

The company’s early work was in voice and call experience. Those projects showed how directly communications decisions affect customer trust and daily operations. They also showed that the visible issue, whether that is missed calls, disconnected systems, rising costs, or a platform the team has outgrown, is usually one part of a larger workflow and business problem.

So the work moved. Not from one product to a bigger product, but from delivering a single communications asset to advising the whole decision: requirements, platform fit, commercial terms, integration, migration, adoption, and long-term value.

The basis for trust

An advisor who has sat on the provider’s side of the table.

Daniel Ochoa has spent his career inside telecommunications and enterprise technology, working with businesses on communications, mobility, connectivity, cloud, security, IoT, CRM, and operational technology decisions. Bilingual, and supporting businesses across the United States and Latin America.

What that means in practice

  • How carriers and technology companies structure pricing, discount authority, incentives, terms, renewals, and internal approvals.
  • Where flexibility may exist beyond the first proposal.
  • Which concessions matter, and which apparent discounts are offset elsewhere in the agreement.
  • How implementation, adoption, and support can drift from the original sales promise.
  • How to keep a complex evaluation moving without letting the vendor's process replace your decision process.

The goal is not simply to negotiate a lower number. It is to improve the whole decision across capability, cost, flexibility, risk, implementation, support, and long-term value.

What we believe

From the SpeakLoop manifesto

We listen before we recommend

The technology is supposed to make communication easier. Too often it does the opposite, because the feature list arrives before anyone has understood the workflow.

Neutrality is demonstrated, not declared

Recommendations should be traceable to your requirements. Compensation should be transparent. The advice should stay honest even when the right answer is to keep what you have.

Modernization deserves discipline

Replacing a platform, retiring a legacy line, or connecting devices across countries is not a checkbox exercise. It takes inventory, context, testing, and respect for risk.

Connectivity has no useful border

Businesses operate across cities, states, and countries. SpeakLoop is building the relationships and language to guide clients across the United States and Latin America while respecting local realities.

AI should make communication more useful, not noisier

We will use it where it improves routing, responsiveness, insight, and quality. We will not use it as decoration or recommend it without a clear operating purpose.

Why independence matters

The differentiator is only worth anything if it is governed.

On eligible communications, connectivity, security, and IoT solutions, SpeakLoop may be compensated by the selected provider or channel partner. That can reduce your direct advisory cost. It must never decide the recommendation, so these rules govern the work.

  • Requirements are documented before a provider is recommended.
  • At least two credible options are compared when the market and timeline allow.
  • Material partner compensation and conflicts are disclosed.
  • No provider is called best without the decision criteria being stated.
  • Exclusions and tradeoffs are shown, not only advantages.
  • You see the scorecard and the recommendation logic.
  • Keeping your current platform stays on the table when it is the right decision.

Clearer choices. Stronger terms. Better connections.
