What we collect, and what we do not.

The short version

This is a marketing website. It does not use tracking cookies, it does not run analytics, and it does not build a profile of you. The only personal information SpeakLoop Consulting receives is what you deliberately type into the contact form or the booking page.

No documents are accepted anywhere on this site. Bills, contracts, and inventories are collected later, through a secure channel agreed with you.

What you send us, and when

There are two ways to make contact, and each collects a different set of information. Nothing is collected simply by reading a page.

Contact form

Name, company, work email, phone, employee range, number of locations, primary reason for exploring, renewal timing, region, and preferred language. Submitting the form sends these to us as an email. The site does not store them in a database.

Booking page

If you book a call, the scheduling provider collects your name, email, chosen time, and answers to the booking questions, then shares them with us. That happens on the provider's own site, under their privacy policy.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, user agent, and the page requested. This is ordinary infrastructure logging used to operate and secure the site.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to prepare for the first conversation, and to decide together whether SpeakLoop is the right resource for your situation. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with technology providers or partners as part of any marketing arrangement. If an engagement later requires us to approach a provider on your behalf, we agree that with you first.

Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and reach you. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps server logs.

Email delivery

Contact form submissions are delivered by Resend, which transmits the message to our inbox.

Scheduling

Calls are booked through Calendly, which holds the booking details and adds the meeting to our calendar.

Fonts

Most fonts are served from this site directly. One typeface used in the SpeakLoop wordmark loads from Adobe Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Adobe when a page loads.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you follow a link to the booking page, that provider may set cookies on its own domain. That is outside this site and covered by their policy.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as they are commercially useful, which usually means for the duration of a conversation or engagement and a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.

Your choices

Write to hello@speakloop.net and we will act on any of the following. There is no form to complete and no account to log into.

• Ask what information we hold about you.
• Ask for a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it.
• Ask us to stop contacting you, which we will do without asking why.

Who is responsible for your information

SpeakLoop Consulting is a brand of SpeakLoop AI LLC, a limited liability company based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. That company is responsible for the information described on this page, and it is who you are dealing with when you make contact.

Because we are based in the United States, information you send is processed there. Our service providers may process it in other locations in the course of delivering their services.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who processes it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
